The primary antibody was detected using Alexa Fluor 488 labeled donkey anti-mouse IgG (H+L) cross-adsorbed secondary antibody (green) and nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). An isotype control set was inclubated with mouse IgG1 isotype control antibody and the above mentioned secondary antibody.
