| Application Notes | For Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul (Burrit, J. B. et al.). Western blot detects a broad band at ~90 kDa. Clone NL7 has an inhibitory effect on NADPH oxidase activation. The antibody does not interfere with the translocation of the cytosolic subunits of NADPH oxidase to the cell membrane. |
