| Application Notes | This H4K8ac antibody is useful for ChIP, Dot blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Western blot. In WB a band is detected ~11 kDa in HeLa, NIH-3T3, and C. elegans embyro preps. In ICC/IF, nuclear staining was observed in HeLa cells. ChIP experiments detected increased amplification of actively transcribed loci in chromatin prepared from HeLa cells. |
