| Application Notes | This LOX antibody is useful for Western blot and Immunohistochemistry paraffin embedded sections. In Western blot a band is seen at ~58 kDa. This is a highly glycosylated protein; therefore one may see bands at ~32 kDa, ~50 kDa and ~58 kDa representing the mature (secreted) form, the pro form and the glycosylated forms respectively.
