Application Notes | This SIRT6 antibody is useful for Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Western blot analysis, where a band is seen at ~39 kDa. A higher MW band ~59 kDa may be seen with lower dilutions (ie: 2 ug/ml). In ICC/IF nuclear staining was observed. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. |

Theoretical MW | 39 kDa. Disclaimer note: The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. |
