KAP1 antibody was used for loading control. (B) DNA DSB repair efficiency was analyzed by immunofluorescence using gamma -H2AX antibody after IR exposure in GFP-PNKP & 3’-UTR siRNA PNKP-transfected U2OS cells. Graph represented percentage of gamma -H2AX positive cells with 10 ≧ gamma -H2AX foci. At least 200 cells were counted & experiments were performed 3 times independently.
