Background

Functional component of the Nogo receptor signaling complex (RTN4R/NGFR) in RhoA activation responsible forsome inhibition of axonal regeneration by myelin-associated factors. Is also an important negative regulator ofoligodentrocyte differentiation and axonal myelination
