IL-20R alpha Antibody [Biotin] Summary
Immunogen |
Mouse myeloma cell line NS0-derived recombinant mouse IL‑20 R alpha Val33-Lys253 Accession # Q6PHB0 |
Specificity |
Detects mouse IL-20 R alpha in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-20 R alpha is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhIL-20-R beta , rhIFN-gamma RI, rhIFN-gamma RII, and rhIL-10 R beta is observed. |

Background
IL-20 R alpha , also known as IL-20 RI, CRF2-8 and ZCYTOR7, belongs to the class II cytokine receptor family. It heterodimerizes with IL-20 R beta to form the functional receptor complex that mediates IL-19, IL-20, or IL-24 signals. IL-20 R alpha also heterodimerizes with IL-10 R beta to form the functional receptor complex for IL-26.
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are
guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.
