![Western Blot: CIP2A Antibody [NB100-74663] - GAS6 triggered Schwann cell proliferation primarily through CIP2A & DAPK(A) RSC96 cells were transfected with either control or DAPK siRNA for 48 h & then exposed to GAS6 (100 ng/ml) for 30 min. Immunoblotting evaluations of pAxl, Axl, CIP2A, DAPK, pERK1/2, ERK1/2, pAKT, AKT, Myc & Survivin.
