Applications | ELISA |
Suitable Sample Type | Cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma (EDTA, citrate, heparin), amniotic fluid, urine |
Standard Curve Range | 0.13 - 4.0 ng/mL |
Sensitivity | 0.02 ng/mL |
Description | This kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for quantitative detection. |
Specificity | This assay detects the standard form (CD44std). The interference of circulating factors of the immune systeme was evaluated by spiking these proteins at physiologically relevant concentrations into a human CD44std positive serum. There was no crossreactivity detected, namely not with TNF alpha, TNF beta, TNF-R, IFN alpha 2c, IFN gamma, IL-8, Annexin, ELAM-1, L-selectin, ICAM-1 and HER-2. |
Standard Curve Range | 0.13 - 4.0 ng/mL |
Sensitivity | 0.02 ng/mL |
Assay Type | Sandwich ELISA |
Inter-Assay | CV% < 4.1% |
Intra-Assay | CV% < 4.8% |
Spike Recovery | The amount of endogenous human CD44std in unspiked serum was subtracted from the spike values. The recovery ranged from 76% to 101% with an overall mean recovery of 89%. |
