We recently purchased a TWEAK antibody (NBP1-76695) from you to use in Western blot. I notice that it has an ELISA application; can we biotinylate this antibody to use it as a detection agent in ELISA or can you suggest an appropriate detection antibody?

This antibody can certainly be conjugated directly to biotin. We have Lightning-Link kits that can do this for you because of the buffer and purification of this one. As far as detection antibodies are concerned, you could use a secondary against Rabbit IgG conjugated to biotin as your detection if that is what you would prefer to do.
