Application Notes | By Western blot, this antibody should recognize a band at ~166 kDa (post-translationally modified form). Additional bands may be seen at lower molecular weights. For immunofluorescence, it has been tested in human MMC and IR treated MEF cells. In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point.
