Background
Corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 1 (CRFR1/CRHR1), a Corticotropin-Releasing Factor Receptor, is involved in mediating the stress response and anxiety-related behaviors. Mutations of the receptor reduce anxiety-related behaviors and may be involved in the pathogenesis of Cushing disease. Multiple isoforms of CRFR1 are produced by alternative splicing. CRFR1 has been reported to be expressed in the pituitary, adrenal gland, brain, colon, ovary, placenta, testis, white blood cells, and skin. ESTs have been isolated from human brain, eye, colon, and embryo libraries.

He wonders whether it is suitable for mouse frozen section by IF. Can you so kind to help him and me?
Our CRF1 antibody with catalogue number NLS1778 has been validated for use with samples from mouse, however it has only currently been tested for immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded tissue, and for immunocytochemistry. It has not yet been tested for immunohistochemistry with frozen tissue. Please refer your customer to our Innovator's Reward if they wish to try using this antibody for IHC with their frozen mouse tissue samples.
The concentration calculator allows you to quickly calculate the volume, mass or concentration of your vial. Simply enter your mass, volume, or concentration values for your reagent and the calculator will determine the rest.
