In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point. Separated by Size-Wes, Sally Sue/Peggy Sue. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.

Background
Cleavage and polyadenylation specific factor 68 (CPSF68) is the 68 kDa subunit of the cleavage factor Im complex (CFIm). The CFIm is a heterodimer composed of a 25 kDa (CPSF5) subunit and either the 59 kDa (CPSF7) or 68 kDa (CPSF6) subunit and is essential to the first step of pre-mRNA 3'-end processing. CPSF68 bears an N-terminal RNA- recognition motif (RRM) that is necessary for binding CPS5.
