Application Notes | May be useful in WB, IF, and IHC-Fr. WB: Detects an approx. 110 kDa protein representing the alpha-3 subunit of the sodium/potassium ATPase from canine skeletal muscle extract. IHC: Staining of sodium / potassium ATPase in rat retina yields a pattern consistent with plasma membrane localization. In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point. Separated by Size-Wes, Sally Sue/Peggy Sue. Single Cell Western validated using live primary humna cortical neurons. |
