Reconstitution Instructions
Recommended to centrifuge prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/mL. Apportion stock solutions into working aliquots and store at <-20C.

Notes

This lyophilized preparation is stable at 2-8 degrees C, but should be kept at -20 degrees C for long term storage, preferably desiccated. Upon reconstitution, the preparation is most stable at -20 to -80 degrees C, and can be stored for one week at 2-8 degrees C. For maximal stability, apportion the reconstituted preparation into working aliquots and store at -20 degrees C to -80 degrees C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Background

Human microphage inflammatory protein-4 (MIP-4) also known as PARC, has been shown to be chemotactic for T lymphocytes but not for monocytes or granulocytes. 's human MIP-4 is an 7.8 kDa protein containing 68 amino acid residues.
