Background

The CTX (see VSIG2, MIM 606011) family of proteins, including ASAM, are type I transmembrane proteins within the Ig superfamily that localize to junctional complexes between endothelial and epithelial cells and may play a role in cell-cell adhesion (Raschperger et al., 2004 [PubMed 14573622]).[supplied by OMIM]

Flow Cytometry: p53 Antibody (PAb 240) [NB200-103] - An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa cells with p53 (PAb240) NB200-103AF647 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.

The membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/ml anti-CaSR in block buffer and detected with an anti-mouse HRP secondary antibody using West Pico PLUS chemiluminescence detection reagent.
