Background
One of the many phosphodiesterases that compartmentalize and hydrolyze cAMP and cGMP into AMP and GMP is PDE10. Only one member of the cAMP and cGMP-specific PDE10 family has been cloned and characterized. The PDE10A gene is expressed in at least two variant forms (PDE10A1, PDE10A2) generated by RNA splicing and/or the use of alternate initiation sites. PDE10A is widely expressed in the putamen and caudate nucleus in the brain, thyroid and testis. The expression of PDE10A is also abundant in Heart.

FAQs for PDE10A Antibody (NB300-645). (Showing 1 - 1 of 1 FAQs).
This website claims that Tian et al (2011) successfully used this Pde10A antibody. However, in this paper they say the antibody that they used is from Scottish Biomedical. Is the antibody that you are selling here the same as they used, just now available from Novus rather than Scottish Biomedical?
I pulled up that article and it in fact does cite Novus as the antibody source. If you read into the Immunocytochemistry section, or do a search on the article for the word Novus it will come up. I believe the Scottish Biomedical reference is for the BSA.
The concentration calculator allows you to quickly calculate the volume, mass or concentration of your vial. Simply enter your mass, volume, or concentration values for your reagent and the calculator will determine the rest.
