Clone | ER-TR2 |
Clonality | Monoclonal |
Host | Rat |
Conjugate | Alexa Fluor 750 |
Immunogen | Isolated C3H thymic stromal cells |
Localization | Type I membrane protein. Localizes to late endocytic compartment. Associates with lysosome membranes. |
Specificity | NB100-64959 recognizes a polymorphic determinant on the murine MHC (major histocompatibility complex) class II molecule. In the mouse, MHC class II molecules are expressed by dendritic cells, B-cells and macrophages. In thymus tissues, clone ER-TR2 stains cortical and medullary stromal cells. Clone ER-TR2 specifically recognizes mouse strains with the haplotypes I-A k,s,r. Mouse strains with the haplotypes I-A b,d,q,f are not recognized by this antibody. |

CD74 - a central player in antigen presentation by MHC class II Cluster of differentiation 74 (CD74) is an important integral membrane protein that serves as a chaperone for MHC class II molecules. CD74, also known as the invariant chain or Ii, is needed for the proper folding and trafficking of MHC class II in... Read full blog post. |
Lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG3): No lag time in immune response The LAG3 protein belongs to the Ig superfamily and contains 4 extracellular Ig-like domains (D1-D4). This molecule plays an key role in the immune response through negative regulation of T-cell proliferation, function, and homeostasis. It is required ... Read full blog post. |
