Background

DLL1 is a human homolog of the Notch Delta ligand and is a member of the delta/serrate/jagged family. It plays a role in mediating cell fate decisions during hematopoiesis. It may play a role in cell-to-cell communication. [provided by RefSeq]

Western blot shows lysates of bEnd.3 mouse endothelioma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Mouse DLL4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1389) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for DLL4 at approximately 90 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
