Flow (Intracellular): beta Tubulin Antibody (BT7R) [PerCP] [NBP2-37830PCP] - An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa cells with beta Tubulin Antibody (BT7R) NBP2-37830PCP (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Background

Beta Tubulin antibodies are useful as loading controls for Western Blotting and ELISA, as well as in studies invlolving cell structure and division. Tubulin is the major building block of microtubules. This intracellular cylindrical filamentous structure is present in almost all eukaryotic cells. Microtubules function as structural and mobile elements in mitosis, intracellular transport, flagellar movement, and in the cytoskeleton.
