PVDF membrane was probed with 1.0 ug/ml of Mouse Anti-Human NG2/MCSP (LHM2) Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB100-2688) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #HAF018). Specific band was detected for NG2/MCSP (LHM2) at approximately 300 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HeLa cell line, but is not detectable in the knockout HeLa cell line. ![Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: NG2/MCSP Antibody (JM10-13) [NBP2-66979] - Analysis of paraffin-embedded human malignant melanoma tissue using anti-NG2/MCSP antibody.
