![HepG2 cells were fixed and permeabilized for 10 minutes using -20C MeOH. The cells were incubated with Ferroportin/SLC40A1 Antibody at 5.0 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit DyLight 488 (green) at a 1:500 dilution. Alpha tubulin (DM1A) [NB100-690] was used as a co-stain at a 1:1000 dilution and detected with an anti-mouse DyLight 550 (red) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Deglycosylation results in faster migration of Cp, TfR, & Tf on SDS-PAGE, indicating the presence of glycans (lanes 2 & 4). AH & the vitreous show abundant presence of Cp & Tf, both of which migrate faster upon deglycosylation (lanes 7 & 9). No reactivity for TfR or ferritin is detected in these samples (lanes 6–9). ![Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Ferroportin/SLC40A1 Antibody (1308C) [NBP2-75923] - Ferroportin/SLC40A1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human liver using Rabbit Anti-Human Ferroportin/SLC40A1 Antibody (1308C) (Catalog # NBP2-75923) at 1 ug/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Mouse IgG VisUCyte(TM) HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC001). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
