Corin was detected in immersion fixed HK2 human kidney proximal tubule cell line using Rat Anti-Human Corin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2209) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL013) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Background

Corin is a type II transmembrane serine protease expressed predominantly in cardiomyocytes. It converts pro arterial natriuretic peptide (pro-ANP) to ANP.
