| Application Notes | WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 75 kDa band in human testis lysate after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in scientific literature for the band we observe given the predicted MW of 108 kDa band according to NP_001717. The 75 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. |
