![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: DGAT1 Antibody [NB110-41487] - HepG2 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X PBS + 0.05% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with anti-DGAT1 at 5 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). ![Immunohistochemistry: DGAT1 Antibody (JE34-88) [NBP3-32265] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver tissue with Rabbit anti-DGAT1 antibody (NBP3-32265) at 1/1,000 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (NBP3-32265) at 1/1,000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen.
