Description

DNER, also known as Delta and Notch-like epidermal growth factor-related receptor, is a 78.5 kDa, 737 amino acid protein and is involved in activating the NOTCH1 pathway. Current research is being conducted on diseases and disorders such as hepatitis, neuronitis and pathological gambling. The protein interacts with other proteins such as NOTCH1, APH1A, ZNF24, AP1G1, and DTX1 in Notch signaling pathways.
