Brain Hypoxia: Disease Bioinformatics

Brain Hypoxia develops when our brain receives less oxygen than required. Among the vast amount of cells in our body, the brain cells are most sensitive to oxygen deprivation. Five minutes without oxygen is enough for brain cells to start dying. Brain Hypoxia that lasts for five minutes or longer can cause seizures, coma or even brain death. Diminished oxygen supply to the brain may produce significant cognitive, physical and emotional impairments. As a result, a hypoxic injury can have a huge impact, in terms of functional Representing. Only 2-3% of an adult’s total body mass, the brain receives 20% of the cardiac output and accounts for about 25% of the body’s overall resting oxygen consumption. The brain is one of the most oxygen-sensitive organs of the body, and it is not surprising that neurologic dysfunction is a prominent manifestation of hypoxia.

Western Blot: iNOS Antibody [NB300-605] - Analysis of iNOS was performed by loading 20 ug of RAW264 whole cell lysate untreated (left lane) or stimulated with LPS at 1 ug/mL for 16 hours (right lane) and 10 uL of PageRuler Plus Prestained Protein Ladder onto a 4-20% Tris-Glycine polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane and blocked with 5% Milk in TBST for at least 1 hour.
