Description
RhoG, also known as Rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoG, is a 21kDa 191 amino acid protein. RhoG plays a significant part in cell migration. RhoG has been researched in relation to Tangier disease, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, shigellosis, cholangiocarcinoma, cholesterol and thyroiditis. RhoG has been linked to the axon guidance, cell adhesion, phagocytosis, cell motility and cell growth pathways where it interacts with VAV1, VAV2, ELMO1, MAP3K11 and ARHGDIG.
