![Flow Cytometry: xCT Antibody (A7C6-R) [NBP3-33104] - Flow cytometric analysis of A549 cells labeling xCT. Cells were washed twice with cold PBS and resuspend. Then stained with the primary antibody (NBP3-33104, 1ug/ml) (red) compared with Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (green). After incubation of the primary antibody at +4℃ for 30 minutes, the cells were stained with a iFluor™ 488 conjugate-Goat anti-Mouse IgG Secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at +4℃.
