Primer sets come premixed with forward and reverse primers at a concentration of 10 uM. Primers are compatible with all real-time PCR chemistries. Each primer set has been tested and validated by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). The Tm for this primer set is between 53.0-54.5 degrees C.
Background
Primers are designed to amplify DNA in intron 2 of the human RPL30 gene locus. RPL30 is an actively transcribed housekeeping gene with significant expression in all cell types. RPL30 is associated with modified histones targeted to active genes.
