Description | This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Dog Serum Store vial at -20C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. |

Application Notes | This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Pancreatic Islet Lysate [Porcine Pancreas] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Dog IgG [H&L] (Goat) and o-Phenylenediamine (OPD) as a substrate. A working dilution of 1:50 to 1:100 is suggested for this product. This product has been assayed against 1.5 ug of Pancreatic Islet Lysate [Porcine Pancreas] per lane by immunoblot (western) under reducing conditions of SDS-PAGE prior to transfer to nitrocellulose and detection using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Dog IgG [H&L] (Goat) and Diaminobenzidine (DAB) as a substrate. A working dilution of 1:50 to 1:200 is suggested for this product. |
