NBP2-16991
Western Blot: IRF9 Antibody [NBP2-16991] - Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IRF9 antibody (NBP2-16991) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: IRF9 Antibody [NBP2-16991] - Human breast cancer, using IRF9 antibody at 1:250 dilution. Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min.
