Description
CLK1, also known as CDC-like kinase, is a member of the protein kinase superfamily. The function of CLK1 is to regulate the alternative splicing of tissue factor. Disease research is currently being studied with relation to CLK1 and ureteral obstruction, Huntington's disease, influenza, malaria, carcinoma, and Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome. CLK1 is known to have interactions with LUC7L3, PRPF4, SRSF1, BCLAF1 and SAFB.
