FoxP3 Antibodies
FoxP3 (Forkhead box P3) antibodies, also known as Scurfin and JM2 antibodies, consist of consist of DNA-binding domain, a C2H2 zinc finger region, a Leu-rich repeat, and a C-terminal fork head. FoxP3 antibodies regulate regulatory T cells (Tregs), a key player in the maintenance of immunological self-tolerance and the suppression of excessive immune response. FoxP3 antibodies are therefore useful tools for cancer and immune disease researches.
