Application Notes | In Western blot bands are seen ~78 kDa representing MUC4 beta and ~50 kDa. The identity of the 50 kDa band is unknown. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. Does not work for IP as per customer feedback. In Simple Western only 10 - 15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point. Separated by Size-Wes, Sally Sue/Peggy Sue. |
